8.  Pretty much every scene Pennywise the Clown makes an appearance in It.

7. When Norman Bates introduces private eye Milton Arbogast to his Mother’s favorite kitchen knife in Psycho.

6. Danny’s Big Wheel ride through the halls of The Overlook in The Shining.

5. That damned little Zuni Fetish doll from Trilogy of Terror.

4. When the alien emerged, bursting from Kane’s chest in Alien.

2. The almost subliminal flash of “the white-faced demon” during Regan’s exorcism in The Exorcist.

1. The “Nurse Station Scene” from The Exorcist III —  a pretty young nurse exits a room and crosses the hall… followed by a fast-moving figure in white robes and mask coming after her from behind with large surgical shears.
